How to use the film blowing machine correctly

1. Preparations before starting the machine

Environmental cleaning: Comprehensively clean the surrounding environment of the mechanical equipment, strictly prohibit the storage of any items not related to the production process, and ensure that the working environment is kept clean.
Test the equipment:
It is necessary to clean the internal and external debris of the workbench and equipment, and wipe the key areas with clean cotton yarn.
Please carefully check the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating levers and handwheels in the equipment to see if they are damaged or faulty.
Ensure that the safety protection equipment of each part of the equipment is in good condition, and ensure the sensitivity and reliability of its work, especially pay attention to the "emergency stop" button and safety door.
Please carefully check whether the screws of each part are tightened, check whether there is any looseness, and report to the foreman immediately if any abnormality is found.
Please carefully check whether there is any foreign matter inside the hopper, and ensure that no items are allowed to be placed above the hopper.
2. Operation of starting the equipment
Instructions on power supply and preheating:
Please turn off the main power switch of the machine tool and ensure that there is no electrical leakage in the equipment.
According to the pre-set process temperature standard, the barrel and mold are preheated. Once the temperature of the barrel rises, it needs to be kept warm for more than 20 minutes to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
Start and inspect:
The oil pump is officially started. It can only start working after the "motor start" status is displayed on the screen, and ensure that the safety door functions normally.
Start the rotation of the screw by manual operation to observe whether the sound produced by the screw rotation is abnormal or stuck.
Manufacturing process:
When you use the safety door to operate, if the travel switch of the safety door fails, it is not allowed to start.
When operating the equipment, all kinds of covers and protective covers of electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts need to be properly covered and fixed.
Unauthorized non-duty operators should not press various buttons and handles at will, nor should multiple people operate the same film blowing machine at the same time.
When maintenance staff are dealing with faults, repairing equipment or needing a long time to clean the mold, they should first retreat the injection seat, ensure that the nozzle is separated from the mold, and turn off the motor.
When the operator's body needs to enter the opening of the machine tool or mold, be sure to disconnect the power supply and avoid entering the dangerous area.
When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, pliers or other related tools should be used to prevent burns.
3. Matters to be noted in the production process
During the process of unpacking the raw materials, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is wet material, and these wet materials must be dried in the drying room before use.
About the cleaning of the die head: The die mouth can only be cleaned with a copper sheet to prevent damage to it.
About equipment monitoring:
When the main machine is started, always pay attention to the working status of the main machine, and adjust the electrical equipment and controller in time to ensure its stable operation.
For the main machine gearbox and traction reduction box, refueling operations should be carried out regularly, and the gear oil should be replaced regularly.
In the bubble tube, the amount of compressed air should be maintained at an appropriate level and should be replenished in time.
Fault diagnosis: During the operation of the machine tool, once the equipment is detected to have abnormal sounds, odors, sparks or oil leakage, the machine should be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant personnel in time.
4. Perform shutdown operation
During normal shutdown, first close the gate of the hopper, then perform empty injection operation without material or manually in the barrel, then turn all switches to the "off" position, and finally turn off the main power switch of the machine tool.
Cleaning work during shutdown includes: removing debris, oil stains and dust on the machine tool, workbench, and ground to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the working environment.
5. Regarding the organizational structure and operation standards of personnel
Human resource allocation: In order to ensure the safety of production and the standardization of operation, at least two employees are required to be on duty for each shift.
Operation Guide: The operating procedures must be strictly followed, and it is strictly forbidden to perform operations that may cause personal injury or equipment damage under any excuse or reason.
