This machine adopts two servos and double photoelectric tracking, which can produce bags with two prints at the same time to ensure accurate pattern tracking.

Process flow

Feeding (blown tubular film) - Sealing - Punching - Counting – Stacking

Except for feeding and harvesting, the rest of the steps are all automatic, which reduces labour intensity and improves work efficiency; the production speed and product size can be adjusted within a certain range; the plastic T-Shirt Bag Making Machine is operated by touch screen, equipped with step-by-step fixed length, photoelectric tracking (operation accurate and stable), automatic counting (counting alarm can be set), automatic punching and other industrial control devices; at the same time, in order to further achieve the effect of energy saving and environmental protection, a waste material recovery device is installed to automatically collect the waste material generated in the production process. It is suitable for secondary use.
