ABC 3 layer film blowing machine is composed of three extruders and one three-layer co-extrusion die head.

A extruder is used to produce the outer layer of the film

B extruder is used to produce the middle layer of the film

C extruder is used to produce the inner layer of the film

The three-layer film is compounded into a three-layer coextrusion film by extrusion in the die head. The product quality has reached a new level. The film produced has the characteristics of high transparency, durability, high toughness, low temperature thermal cutting, compound fastness and good curl resistance. In addition, it has good barrier properties, freshness preservation, moisture resistance, frost resistance, oxygen barrier properties and oil resistance, and can be widely used in light and heavy packaging of various fresh fruits, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid beverages and medical supplies.

TheABC Three Layers Up Rotary Film Blowing Machine adopts a new high-efficiency and low-consumption extrusion production line. The machine is equipped with autoloader, high quality high-speed air ring, metre weight control system, advanced PLC screen automatic control system and other technologies. The ABC Three Layers Up Rotary Film Blowing Machine adopts Up Rotary, bimetallic screw, which has excellent hardness and wear resistance, and can still ensure a large number of granules to be plasticised under high-speed and high-pressure environments. The service life can reach 3-5 times of ordinary screw.
