A three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine is an advanced plastic film production equipment. It has the following advantages: Multi-layer structure advantages: through three-layer co-extrusion technology, different properties of the materials can be combined to achieve multifunctional film products. For example, the outer layer has good weather resistance and printing, the middle layer guarantees strength and barrier properties, and the inner layer meets heat sealing requirements.
What types of die are used in a three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine?
The die of a three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine includes the following types:
Planar stacking molds: Melt flows symmetrically along the central axis on each layer of stacking surface compared to the traditional cylindrical flow. The advantages are that the number of die layers can be combined arbitrarily, the structure is simple and the temperature of each layer can be controlled independently.
Conical stacked die: a modular conical structure, each unit consists of a pair of short conical modules, flow path on the conical cylindrical surface. These molds are divided into two types: uphill pile and downhill pile. The upper conical stacking mould is mainly used for molds with diameter of 10mm-50mm, while the downward-sloping conical stacked type is suitable for larger co-extrusion dies.
Radial stacking die: the flow path is helical mandrel, the central position is low, the die height does not increase with the number of layers. Since the melt pressure is balanced along the circumferential direction of the flow channel, the sealing performance is better than the stacking type. However, the disadvantage is that the melt temperature, especially in the intermediate layer, cannot be controlled independently.
Three-layer co-extrusion blown film machines is widely used: the film can be used in many fields such as food packaging, commodity packaging and industrial packaging, and meet different performance requirements of different industries. Efficient production: high production efficiency, can quickly produce a large quantity of compliant films. Advanced technology: the use of computer automatic control and other advanced control systems to facilitate operation and monitoring of the entire production process.
Structurally, it mainly includes an extrusion system, mold, air ring, traction device and winding device. The extrusion system heats, melts and extrudes different plastic materials; the die head causes the extruded material to form tubular film bubble; the air ring is used to cool and regulate the membrane bubbles; and the traction device stretches the membrane and directs it to the winding device.
