7. Regularly clean and replace the filter screen in the machine head to prevent blocking, and strictly prevent the plastic particles from mixing with iron, sand, stone and other impurities from falling into the barrel to avoid damage to the screw and barrel.
8. It is strictly prohibited to rotate without material. When the material barrel, tee and die do not reach the required temperature, the main machine cannot be started.
9. When starting the main motor, the motor shall be started first and then slowly accelerated to stabilize after reaching the required speed; When the main motor is turned off, it should be decelerated before turning off.
10. When the film blowing machine is preheated, the heating should not be too long or too high, so as to avoid blocking the material mouth; Those with conditions can use the automatic temperature control system to set the upper and lower tolerances and the temperature is automatically stable, convenient and safe.
