This lldpe film blowing machine uses linear low-density polyethylene as the main raw material, and uses various resins to produce single-sided/double-sided self-adhesive stretch stretch film. The film has good tensile strength, puncture resistance and impact strength. Its good shrinkage memory function and self-adhesiveness can keep the goods intact and prevent the goods from loosening and collapsing and being polluted by dust during transportation. The clarity and tensile strength of this product can make the packaging attractive, economical and practical.

This Rotary Die Film Blowing Machine is FM1200-4000 film blowing machine, which is used for blowing large packaging films, shrink films, mulch films, Greenhouse film and other packaging films.

Features:

1. Both the screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which is nitriding treated and precision machined, with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and durability.

2. The die head is hard-plated with a spiral mandrel structure, the extruded melt is uniform and the blown film has a good finish; the air cooling device has a labyrinth structure and the air output is uniform.

3. The die head adopts a rotating die head, and the LDPE film is blown and rolled more cleanly.

4. The rewinding adopts friction double rewinding controlled by frequency converter, and a tension control system is added to the new model.
