1. Both the screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which is nitriding treated and precision machined, with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and durability.

2. The die head is hard-plated with a spiral mandrel structure, the extruded melt is uniform and the blown film has a good finish; the air cooling device has a labyrinth structure and the air output is uniform.

3. The die head adopts a rotating die head, and the LDPE film is blown and rolled more cleanly.

4. The rewinding adopts friction double rewinding controlled by frequency converter, and a tension control system is added to the new model.
