Process principle
The dry polyethylene particles are added into the lower hopper, and enter the screw from the hopper by the weight of the particles. The molten plastic is filtered by the machine head to remove impurities from the die mouth, cooled and expanded by the air ring, and then wound into a barrel through the herringbone plate and the traction roller.
