Safety Operation Regulations For Film Blowingmachine

The film blown by the film blowing machine is widely used in various fields such as composite film, packaging film, textiles, clothing bags, etc. for the users, choosing a machine with high quality and low price is the most important. However, the safe operation of the film blowing machine can not be ignored. Otherwise, the service life of the film blowing machine will be affected and the production accident will be caused.

1、 Preparation before starting the film blowing machine

1. Wear the safety protective clothing specified by the workshop before working.

2. Clean the surrounding environment of the equipment, and do not store anything irrelevant to production.

3. Clean the sundries inside and outside the workbench and equipment, and wipe the guide rail of the injection seat and the pull rod of the clamping part with clean cotton yarn.

4. Check the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating handles and hand wheels of the equipment for damage or failure. All switches and handles shall be at the "off" position.

5. Check whether the safety protection devices of all parts of the equipment are intact, sensitive and reliable. Check whether the test "emergency stop" is effective and reliable, whether the safety door slides flexibly, and whether the limit switch can be touched when opening and closing.

6. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical lock rod, stop plate, safety protection switches, etc.) are not allowed to be moved at will, nor are they allowed to be modified or deliberately disabled.

7. Check whether the screws at the same position are tightened and loose. If any abnormal or damaged parts are found, report to the foreman. The foreman shall deal with it by himself or notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it.

8. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the hopper. No objects are allowed to be stored above the hopper. The hopper cover shall be properly covered. Prevent dust and sundries from falling into the hopper.

2、 Start up of film blowing machine

1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment leaks, preheat the barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements, and keep the temperature for more than 20 minutes when the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the barrel is uniform. If no abnormality is found, the oil pump can be started formally. The operation can be started only after the "motor on" is displayed on the screen. Check whether the function of the safety door is normal.

2. Manually start the screw rotation and check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal or jammed.

3. The operator must use the safety door. If the travel switch of the safety door fails, it is not allowed to start the machine.

4. It is strictly prohibited to operate without using the safety door (cover).

5. All kinds of covers and protective covers of the electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of the operating equipment shall be covered and fixed.

6. No one other than the operator on duty is allowed to press the buttons and handles without permission, and two or more people are not allowed to operate the same film blowing machine at the same time.

7. When repairing the machine or cleaning the mold for a long time (more than 10 minutes), the injection base must be retracted to make the nozzle leave the mold, and the motor must be turned off. When the maintenance personnel repair the machine, the operator is not allowed to leave the post.

8. When the body enters the machine tool or the mold opening gear, the power must be cut off. Avoid dangerous areas. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, it is not allowed to clean it directly by hand. Iron pliers or other tools should be used to avoid scalding. Climbing and shelving articles to prevent scalding, electric shock and fire.

9. When the hopper is not fed, it is not allowed to use metal rods and rods to rough the hopper to avoid damaging the screen, shield cover and magnet frame in the hopper. If the screw is rotating, it is very easy to cause serious equipment damage caused by metal rods being drawn into the barrel.

10. In case of abnormal equipment noise, odor, spark, oil leakage and other abnormal conditions found during the operation of the machine tool, the machine shall be shut down immediately and reported to relevant personnel immediately, and the fault phenomenon and possible causes shall be explained.

11. Pay attention to safe operation. It is not allowed to make any operation that may cause personal injury or damage to equipment for any reason or excuse.

3、 Shutdown precautions

1. Close the hopper plate, and there is no material in the barrel during normal production or manual injection.

2. Turn the switches to the "off" position, and turn off the main power switch of the machine tool when the last shift stops on holidays.

3. Clean the sundries, oil stains and dust on the machine tool, workbench and ground, and keep the workplace clean and tidy.
